Q: What is the shelf life of my balms?

The balms are suitable to be used up to 12 months, upon opening. We produce our balms in small batches to ensure that the stocks always remain fresh.

Q: How long can a stick balm last me?

It depends on usage. Typically a 5g stick balm lasts between 1-4 months with constant use, and 6-8 months with sparing use.

Q: What is the difference between Family and Baby Stick Balms?

Our Calla Me Baby Stick Balms are milder to suit babies' delicate skin. They are suitable for use on newborns onwards. Our Calla Me Family Stick Balms are suitable for 2-year-olds onwards. Please read the disclaimers at the respective product pages before use.

Q: Are the balms safe for pets?

Essential oils can pose as a safety hazard for pets. Animals are not able to metabolise these oils as well as humans so it could end up being a toxin to them. While our balms are diluted, do ensure to use them with care when around pets. For example, prevent them from licking the balm on your skin upon application to avoid ingestion.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $5 for all orders below $50. Enjoy free shipping for orders above $50. We are based in Singapore and only offer domestic deliveries for now.

Q: How long does it take my order to ship?

Typically up to 7 working days. This does not include processing time for your order. However, we strive our best to ensure we ship out your order as soon as they are ready.

Q: Can I opt for pickup?

Pickup may be available when we have physical pop up stores. Pickup option will be free. Follow us on FB/IG/TikTok so you won't miss it!

Q: What if I didn't pickup my order during the pop up?

All failed pickup orders will be charged with the same shipping cost as stated above. We will send out an email for payment. Do pay promptly so that we can ship out the orders as soon as possible. Orders will not be refundable.
